Incubate

INCUBATE brings together 11 partners from 8 European countries in a project aimed at enabling young small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the field of information and communication technologies (ICT) to get better access to current and future European research and technology development (RTD) activities and programmes, primarily within the European Commission’s Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) for research.

To reach this objective the INCUBATE project partners:

screen young ICT enterprises in their respective environments,
identify enterprises with an interest to participate in European research projects,
identify potential projects and match enterprises with suitable partners,
provide support in the establishment of consortia and preparation of proposals,
identify opportunities to enter already existing European projects.
