Jeremy Millard is a Senior Consultant at the Danish Technological Institute with more than 30 years experience working with new technology, education and training and in consultancy in the UK, Denmark, Europe as well as globally. He is also a Special Advisor to the Open University, UK. He has worked extensively in and with both public and private sectors, and for local and national governments and regional development agencies in all parts of the world. Jeremy has worked on a large number of information society and knowledge economy assignments at regional, national, European and global levels, many of which have been focused on policy analysis, impact assessment and evaluation, and has led many himself. At international level, he has undertaken assignments for the European Commission since 1985 on both research and consultancy projects, as well as for the World Bank, the OECD, the United Nations and various development agencies and think tanks. In the last ten years he has specialised heavily on eGovernance and regional development issues, both in Europe and South Asia. |
