Exhibition Package
The eris@ Annual Conference will provide an exhibition hall for organisations to promote their products and services; and for regional authorities to promote their projects. The exhibition hall will be positioned adjacent to the main plenary catering area.
The exhibition area will be open on Thursday 12th June from 8h30 - 18h30 and Friday 13th June from 8h30 to 15h00.
A minimum of 15 exhibitors are expected to support the event.
The cost of renting a booth at the exhibition area will be £2,000. Special Rates are available for exhibitors who support both the eris@ and e-Crime conferences. LAST BOOTHS AVAILABLE - discounted rate: £1,500 !!!

Opportunity
The exhibition hall is located in a prominent position adjacent to the main plenary and catering hall. All delegates are encouraged to attend the exhibition hall. Previous exhibitors have continued to support the exhibition area, which is testament to its success.
We encourage exhibitors to run competitions and provide incentives to delegates to attend their stands. Where possible, we will cross-promote this through the master of ceremony at the main plenary and through the internal Tannoy system in the conference centre.
Recognition
Each exhibitor will receive the following space and recognition:

- 3m x 2m space with Velcro-compatible shell scheme and grid ceiling (2.5 m height – ceiling can be removed on certain stands if required
- Fascia board with organisation name
- Provision of 1 electrical socket
- Free of charge access to 4Mb WiFi Internet
- Additional items can be hired directly from our exhibition suppliers. Details will be available shortly.
- Exhibitors will be in a position to choose their preferred location, based on a first come, first-served basis.
